French Ambassador to Hungary visits Debrecen
Text: Vivien Takács | Photo: László Kertész | 10:38 April 11, 2023On 3 April, France’s ambassador to Hungary Claire Legras paid a visit to Károly Kratochvil Military Secondary School and Student Hostel in Debrecen, where, among others, she was received by MoD Deputy State Secretary for Human Resources Policy Dr. János Czermann.
The ambassador’s visit was aimed at familiarizing her with the education of HDF cadets and the HDF cadet school. “Continuous cooperation between the two countries is an equally important goal to Hungary and to the Ministry of Defence”, emphasized MoD Deputy State Secretary for Human Resources Policy Dr. János Czermann.
In her speech, France’s ambassador to Hungary H. E. Mrs. Claire Legras pointed out that the cooperation between Hungary and France is very significant and active. She said that she had earlier worked at the French Ministry of Armed Forces, too, so she pays particularly great attention to the military cooperation between the two countries. After the speeches, Ambassador H. E. Mrs. Claire Legras saw a French class of 12th graders. Also present at the event was French Defence Attaché Colonel Stéphane Loechleiter.
